      Personal Evaluation: Self check is best solution to become self-concious, So make sure you check your height, weight and BMI. If your weight is normal then just try to keep up the same eating habits, If you are weight is less then normal eat lot of protein to reach normal weight, In case you exceed the normal weight and would like to get a perfect body then please continue to see, the next step.


        Track Calories: Tracking your calories is very useful, this will help you know how much you eat, using any of the following online journal you can track the your daily eating and workouts. This can be used for few days to understand the amount of calories you are burning and your are storing. You may try any one of the following online journals or you may search your own online.

        Make A Diet Plan: Its very important to make a proper diet plan and stick to the diet plan till to reach your targeted weight. A sample diet plan is as given below, however you can modify it based on  your taste and your likes.

                  Morning    : 1 full lemon juice with 1tsp of honey in luke warm water.
                  Breakfast  :  Slim milk (with oats or cornflakes) /tea/coffee + fruits + steamed vegetables +
                                     sprouts, Please sure you keep distance from fried food or oil or butter. 
                  Lunch       :  Boiled or Fried chicken or Soyabean or Rice or Chapati (2) + Salad + Yoghurt.
                  Evening     : Opt Green Tea or Lemon/ Orange juice.
                  Dinner       : Soup + Salad + Chicken or Rice or Eggs + Curry.
                  Before Bed-Time : 1 Glass of Skimmed milk.

              Additional Diet Care: 
              • Drink 7-8 glasses of water daily. 
              • Eat early and keep a gap of 3-4 hrs between dinner and sleep.
              • Never miss a meal.
              • Instead of cool drinks or beverages prefer to drink soup or butter milk.
              • Avoid sugar and excess salt. 
              • Drinking water during lunch or dinner must be avoided.
              • Every weekend only once please eat your favourite food.
              • Basic stretching exercises are must, yoga and meditation if possible every 20-30 mins relieves from stress or morning jog or evening brisk walks could be an added advantage.
